Meghan Markle's Former Personal Trainer Says She Was Sympathetic When They Worked Together

Jorge Blanco, who trained Meghan Markle while living in Canada filming "Suits," revealed that he liked working with the duchess because she was "sympathetic."

Initially from Zaragoza, Spain, Blanco lives in Toronto and trained Markle in martial arts, boxing, and kickboxing while she was based in the city filming the legal drama television series "Suits."

In a recent interview with Spanish Vanity Fair, Blanco said, "I had a great time training with her because she is super sympathetic and also speaks Spanish with an Argentine accent."

PASSION FOR FITNESS

Then 20-year-old Markle filled in as a junior press officer at the American embassy in Argentina while studying for her degree in International Relations.

According to Blanco, who is also a trained lawyer, he would be glad to train Markle again. The Men's Health cover star even invited Prince Harry to join her.

The passion of Markle for wellness is notable, as reported by Daily Mail. She has candidly discussed her love of yoga, lagree, and pilates before.

MOVING MEDITATION

"There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga," Markle told Canada's Women's Health in 2015. Beforehand, Markle has credited her fit body to her pilates classes with trainer Heather Dorak, The Sun reported.

Markle explained that running has consistently been her type of moving meditation, which she savors since it permits her to get out of her head.

FIT AS A FIDDLE

Meanwhile, Markle's fitness coach of three years, Craig McNamee, uncovered the sorts of workouts that he used to design for Markle while she was filming "Suits," according to Business Insider in 2018.

McNamee said that Markle is exceptionally centered around her wellbeing and that she was already in good shape when he met her. So he later decided to add circuit-based strength training to her daily schedule.

The founder of Catalyst Health in Toronto, Canada, shared that he and Markle would get together between three and four times each week for 45-minute sessions.

Earlier this year, Meghan and Harry made headlines after announcing they would step back as senior members of the royal family.

The Queen confirmed that the couple would never again be using their HRH royal titles. She shared that Harry and Meghan would be spending more time in Canada.

Her Majesty also said the couple have clarified that they would prefer not to be dependent on public funds in their new lives.
