Jimmy Fallon's talk show has become a family affair, so when his wife Nancy Juvonen's birthday came around, fans weren't surprised to see the entire thing documented and broadcasted.

Monday's episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" saw the host open his show by playing the birthday surprise set up for the mom-of-two. The clip is found below.

In the video, Franny, five, runs off to tell her mother something that draws her into the room where a cake and a hand-painted message from her girls await. Winnie, six, is holding the birthday sign.

As soon as Junoven walks in, Fallon begins to sing the Happy Birthday song, prompting his girls to do the same. The now-53-year-old took the cake from her youngest as she enjoyed the surprise.

Towards the end of the song, Winnie and Franny helped out their mom by blowing out the candles for her. An elated Junoven didn't mind, thanking her husband and kids for the gesture.

As Fallon went to his seat to get started on the show, he again announced, "It's a special day here because it's my wife's birthday!" He then listed out all the woman's roles in the show's production.

According to the host, Junoven's birthday had somewhat already started since she'd gotten a case of olives from her father-in-law and a special message from "The Challenge" star, Johnny Bananas.

Junoven is undoubtedly deserving of her birthday wishes and all her husband's credit for making the new at-home version of his show so successful.

In the first place, it was Junoven's idea to start the show from home soon after in-studio filming was canceled, Fallon told People. "She goes, 'You have to do something, right?' And I go, 'I do. Right?' " he explained.

With that, Fallon set off to get it done. "She's the production scout, the producer, the lighting person, the editor, the director.," he added. Several other late-night shows soon followed suit in some fashion.

Fallon and Juvonen have always shown just how in sync they are after meeting on the set of "Saturday Night Live" in 2005. After an August proposal two years later, they were married within four months.

Reflecting on their story, Juvonen said, "When you feel heard, you feel loved." Not only did she admire how Fallon dealt with her, but also how he was with kids. He genuinely loves becoming a child again, having fun with them.

The pair enjoyed a beachside Caribbean wedding on December 29. Since then, they've become a force to be reckoned along with their beautiful girls. Happy Birthday, Nancy!
