Jordin Sparks' Son Dana Isaiah Jr Enjoys Playing with Water in Cute New Photos

Jordin Sparks shares adorable pictures of her son DJ enjoying some fun under the sun as he bathes in a pool while being sprinkled with water.

Parents around the world are thinking of different ways to keep their children busy as they remain cautious by staying at home amid the COVID-19 pandemic. For Jordin Sparks, making good use of their backyard by installing a mini pool for her son was something she decided to do.

Her efforts worked, as her son DJ clearly looked ecstatic to be bathing outdoors, as he splashes around a mini plastic pool while being sprinkled with water from all around. According to the singer, her son even asked for more water to be splashed.

WELCOMING THEIR SON

The "American Idol" season 6 winner welcomed her son Dana Isaiah Jr. with her husband back in May 2018, and the pair immediately did their best in raising their child. The couple tied the knot in an intimate Hawaii ceremony in July 2017, three years after she split with singer Jason Derulo.

Like any other first-time mom, Jordin experienced all the different changes expected when pregnant. In fact, there were times when she even felt as if she was alone. However, her husband DJ never left her side and supported her all throughout the journey.

KEEPING HIM BUSY

Recently, the singer shared a video of her "lil man" helping her cook breakfast for Dana amid quarantine, and it was a great experience for the mother-and-son duo.

Ultimately, however, she and Dana worked things out and are now doing a great job raising their son. Now that he's growing up quickly, they've been trying to keep him busy and provide him with different activities that he can learn from despite having to stay at home in the meantime.

A LITTLE CHEF

Recently, Sparks shared a video of her "lil man" helping her cook breakfast for Dana amid quarantine, and it was a great experience for the mother-and-son duo. According to Jordin, her son "absolutely aced it."

In the video, Jordin and DJ just finished cooking two french toasts, which they plated together. After it was completed, the little man picks up the plate and hands it to someone behind the camera before turning his attention back at his proud mom.

STAYING AT HOME

After explaining how well her son did while cooking, she did a little disclaimer before fans rushed to the comment section about them, particularly how she left the burner on because she still had to cook food.

Cooking and having him play in the water while outdoors are just some of the activities that Jordin and Dana have thought of for their son as they remain home, and it's always an adorable sight to see that fans enjoy.
