LL Cool J's Wife Simone Smith Says Masks Suffocate Her and She Cannot Breathe Freely in a Post

Star Actor LL Cool J's Wife, Simone Smith, gets very real about the discomfort associated with staying safe as she reveals that the new norms might take her out.

Simone is trying her best to stay safe! The mom of three recently shared a picture of herself all masked up and wearing a pair of gloves. Smith is wearing all the necessary protective wear even though it makes her uncomfortable.

She admitted that her hands were sweaty, and the mask she had on was not allowing her to breathe well. Regardless of the discomfort, Simone still manages to stay cute and is encouraging others to follow suit.

The entrepreneur looked very stylish in a white top and ripped jeans, which was topped off with a beautiful camo jacket and a patterned scarf. The photo was captioned:

"This mask is suffocating me... This new norm might take me out!!? I guess I'll have to learn to take short breathes...Stay safe, and stay cute!"

The fashionista has been married to her husband, LL Cool J, for 25 years, and they are still going strong. It all started back in 1987 when one of LL's friends introduced him to Simone.

The power couple has a great marriage, but this was not the case during the early days due to the nature of LL's music videos.

The duo proceeded to date for eight years before they finally tied the knot in 1995. They have a lot of secrets to making their marriage work, including putting God first and being supportive of each other.

LL helped his wife through her battle with a rare type of bone cancer, chondrosarcoma, by being supportive in every possible way. He spoke about standing by her while she was battling the illness during an interview with Oprah Winfrey:

"You don't abandon someone in that fox hole; You gotta be there in that fox hole with them."

Simone has been free of cancer for more than 14 years, and the couple is also helping others with their "Beat Cancer Like a Boss" campaign, which is being used to raise awareness.

The power couple has a great marriage, but this was not the case during the early days due to the nature of LL's music videos, but the musician soon respected his wife's wishes, and things got better.

LL and Simone share four kids, and they are very close to them. It seems that their marriage will continue to thrive no matter how old they get.
