Gladys Knight's Husband William McDowell Calls Her Genius as She Works in a Recording Studio
William McDowell, the husband of the famous soul singer Gladys Knight, dotes on his wife on Instagram with a picture of her recording music in a studio.
The husband of the musical Legend, Gladys Knight, William McDowell, still deep in love with her as he has always been, took to Instagram to gush about his wife's brilliance with a picture of her doing the thing that she loves most – making music. He wrote:
"Shhh Genius at Work "

The 75-year-old artist was standing inside a studio with headphones on in front of a sheet stand and a microphone. While folding her arms, she gave a sweet smile.
Gladys and her husband, William, have happily been together for almost two decades after they tied the knot in 2001. Some of William's followers, who fell in love with the photo, commented on how great Gladys looked, agreeing that she really was a genius.
Gladys appeared in the first season of a singing competition, and it was an iconic might.
On April 12, after decades of unconditional love and blissful marriage, William shared that he and his lovely wife would be celebrating 19 years of marriage on April 13. His caption hilariously told haters to "take that."
It's been a minute since the "License to Kill" songstress released music. However, in 2019, she still managed to give people a taste of her fantastic voice by appearing on the top-secret singing competition, "The Masked Singer."
"The Masked Singer" brought a lot of fun and entertainment to the screens of millions of viewers with Nick Cannon anchoring as the show host and Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, Nicole Scherzinger, and Jenny McCarthy, as the judges.
The catch of the show was that a famous musician would wear a ridiculous animal costume and perform songs for the audience who would then try to figure out the singer's identity. Gladys' appearance in the first season was an iconic moment in the show's history.
The show's final contestants were Donny Osmond, dressed as a peacock, T-Pain (the eventual winner) in a monster costume, and the legendary musician herself in a bee costume.
When it was time to reveal their identities, the audience's speculations were true. She didn't earn the title of "Empress of Soul" without her distinct voice, which gave her away. She was asked to give one last performance, and, of course, she blew everyone away.
When Gladys is not busy wowing an audience with her voice, she might be found enjoying her life with William, and their large family of three kids, seventeen grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
