Kevin Hart Shows off His Intense Home Workout Session during Quarantine

Kevin Hart posted a video of himself engaged in an intense workout with his trainers as they poked fun at him while he shared some of his favorite daily exercises.

Kevin Hart has one pleasure when he is not in front of the camera or working in his office on his latest projects, and that is spending time in the gym.

His passion for fitness is so central to his daily routine that he built a state of the art and private gym in his home.

He recently revealed that he and his wife, Eniko Hart, take turns most mornings as they alternate their gym time while looking after their three children.

During a recent workout, he said, "Motivated & Focused. Woke up & went after it this am with @russwest44 & @justtrain...Listen to us argue when they thought I was cheating. No days off...Operation be great!"

In the video, Kevin was absorbed in his workout as he showed off a few of his daily exercises. Many of his fans replied with fire emojis as they expressed their approval to workout.

"Name a stronger comedian," said one fan. Another fan commended his focus and added "beast mode." One commenter also cheered him on with a compliment.

Kevin and Eniko had turned their love for fitness into a business opportunity when they announced their role as ambassadors for Kate Hudson's activewear "Fablectics." In a caption, Eniko

"Fab Friday! A couple that @fabletics together stays together! We can be so corny but cute as the same time!"

While promoting the release of his self-help book, "The Decision: Overcoming Today's BS for Tomorrow's Success," Kevin shared with Forbes a few tips to how he manages his schedule, he revealed:

"My busy schedule starts with the workout and me working on me. After that, [it's] making sure you prioritize your family and time."

Kevin is going to have to prioritize a lot more family time since he announced that he is expecting his fourth child.

According to CNN, Kevin and Eniko revealed that they were expecting a girl on Mother's Day when they posted a pink-themed photoshoot with their family on Instagram.
