Eric Roberts Reveals What Working with Meghan Markle on 'Suits' Was Like

Veteran actor Eric Roberts, 64, got candid about his time with Meghan Markle on the hit series "Suit." He revealed that while on set, she had a lovable personality.

Meghan was one of the fans' favorites on set as she played the role of a paralegal woman known as "Rachel Zane" until the seventh season. She left in 2017, shortly before making a public appearance with her then-fiance, Prince Harry, who is now her husband.

Eric has remained on the TV series, and he revealed how working with the former "Suit" star was, after commending the entire cast members. According to him:

"That group who make the show are just incredible... Everybody loves each other. They all help each other...she was lovely every day."

The 38-year-old actress turned royal has been in the news over her and her husband's decision to step down as senior royal members and shuffle residency with their young son, Archibald, between Europe and North America.

This news came a few months after the couple said their "I dos" at St. George's Chapel though their step down agreement is yet to be sealed as it will take about a year.

While many public figures and members of the royal family have expressed their discontentment at this decision, the royal duo have gone ahead with it and are currently in Los Angeles. Eric shared his thoughts on the issue while speaking to a news outlet. He said:

"That poor woman is in the eyes of the storm...And I think she's going to pull it off...They seem organically thoroughly happy, and hopefully, people will be kind to them."

The ongoing coronavirus has caused a compulsory lockdown leaving families to self-isolate. This has somehow been a blessing in disguise for Eric and his wife, Eliza Roberts. The couple have been able to strengthen their bond as they've reignited the sparks in every area of their marriage.

Though they do not have any children together, the actor has his actress daughter Emma Robert from a past relationship, and his wife shares two kids with a former lover.

The 64-year-old is continuously gushing on the striking resemblance between his daughter and sister, Julia Roberts. According to the "Dark Knight" star, both women not only look alike but have a close relationship.

Eric has managed to have a blended family with his woman and their kids and has an impressive career as an actor. He's also an objective and optimistic fellow who wishes others well in their endeavors.
