Allen Iverson enjoyed over a decade-long basketball career, and he enjoyed a longtime relationship with his ex-wife, Tawanna Turner. Following a 2013 divorce, the high school sweethearts still can't get over their love for each other.

Allen Iverson is unarguably one of the greatest basketball players of all time, and while he always had the support of his fans, the NBA star's biggest supporter would have to be his high school sweetheart, Tawanna Turner.

The lovebirds got married in 2001 after ten years of dating, but sadly, by 2013, their marriage came to an end. It remains uncertain if the couple remarried, but with Tawanna's pictures all over Allen's Instagram page, the two have their relationship back on track.

In 2015, barely two years after their divorce, Iverson shared a picture where he posed alongside Tawanna right before the "NBA Player Awards."

The photo saw the basketball star rocking an all-black outfit while his beau opted for a leopard print coat paired with a gold purse.

Two years later, Allen shared another image that featured him and his ex-wife. Sporting a camouflage jacket with jeans, Tawanna posed next to the athlete with her arm around his neck.

In his caption, the father of five sweetly wrote: "Me & the 1." In celebration of the 2018 Mother's Day, Iverson showed the world just how grateful he was to the mother of his five kids.

While sharing a photo of Turner with three of their kids, the NBA star added: "Happy Mother's Day!!! I can go on & on, but THANKS says it all #3of5."

About a month after his Mother's Day post, Allen gave a shout-out to Tawanna, where he thanked her for making him a proud father while also stating his love.

On Valentine's day last year, the NBA Hall of Famer released a throwback picture of himself with Turner, which he accompanied with a caption that read, "Happy 26th Valentine's Day! #Loveyou"

Since they got back together, Turner and Allen have focused on rebuilding their relationship.

Apart from his frequent show of love on social media, Allen isn't afraid to speak about his woman in his memorable moments. Iverson paid an emotional tribute to his longtime love during his induction to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016. He said:

"My number one person in the world, hands down, Tawanna Iverson.Twenty-four years, ups, downs, but real love..."

Allen continued by thanking Tawanna for how she loved him and how she cared about the kind of father he was to their children. During Iverson's 14-year-long career, he played for "Philadelphia 76ers", "Denver Nuggets," "Detroit Pistons" and "Memphis Grizzlies."

In 2001, Allen signed a lifetime contract with Reebok, which was an extension of a pre-existing 10-year $50 million deal. Late 2016, Iverson featured Tawanna and their three daughters on a campaign shoot for his Reebook Sneaker for women.

Since they got back together, Turner and Allen have focused on rebuilding their relationship, raising their children, and being there for each other.
