The past few days have angered several Americans and people around the globe as the murder of Geroge Floyd by a white cop surfaced online.

While it is no secret that racism still exists in some parts of the world, a Minneapolis cop made it clear that it is still enough to cause death with no remorse.

Nicole Ari Parker and Boris Kodjoe are among those who spoke against the indifference in treatment towards men and women of color. They proudly shared photos of their daughter, who partook in the protests.

Parker and Kadjoe first met on the set of “Soul Food” and instantly got along. “For some reason, we connected and found it easy to talk to each other and laugh and be comfortable,” the actress shared.

Before tying the knot, both actors had a long-distance relationship to see if their love for each other was genuine and out of mere comfort from seeing each other on set every day.
