Meet Rapper Safaree Lloyd Samuels' Blended Family of 4

American rapper, Safaree Lloyd Samuels, who is a member of the VH1 reality show, "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood," is married to actress Erica Mena, with whom he shares a baby daughter and a stepson.

The couple welcomed their first child and daughter on February 2, 2020, with Mena sharing a picture of Safaree holding their newborn in his arms and cuddling her tenderly.

In her caption to the post, the proud mom said she was seated and staring at her husband as he obsessed over their newborn daughter, adding that she prayed to God for such a life.

In another post, the proud mom shared a picture of herself and her husband looking cute wearing wool coats, which she captioned, writing:

"We legit made the most beautiful baby girl. You are looking at forever."

Safaree showed how much of a doting father he is in a video he uploaded on his Instagram page that showed him rocking his newborn daughter while dancing to the song, "I Shot the Sheriff" by Bob Marley and the Wailers.

In the caption to the post, Safaree explained that his baby daughter began crying, so he had to shoulder fling until she stopped crying. He added that she didn't like showing her face to the cameras.

Before he went ahead to ask her to be his wife, he sought the permission of her son and mother.

Erica Mena has a son named King Conde, whom she birthed in 2007 when she was in a relationship with rapper Raul Conde, who was a member of Fat Joe's "Terror Squad."

Mena kept her son away from the public eye for so long but shared a cute picture in January that showed her holding hands with him and about to kiss him on the face on the day of her wedding. She captioned the post, writing:

"The King of my life. The one and only thing I have so I keep you all to myself."

Erica and Raul Conde endured a tumultuous relationship, despite being together for quite a while. An incidence that showed the nature of their relationship played itself out on the streets of Miami.

On that occasion, the former couple had a violent row. Their feuds also played out on "Love & Hip Hop," with the couple involved in one nasty spat or the other.

The former couple looked to be on the mend in 2014, settling their dispute for their son's sake, though they haven't been seen spending time together or interacting after then.

Safaree proposed to Mena on Christmas Eve of 2018. Before he went ahead to ask her to be his wife, he sought the permission of her son and mother, asking for their blessings weeks before going down on one knee.

KD McNair, a representative of the rapper, revealed this piece of information to TMZ, a few days after Safaree proposed to Mena.
