Tameka “Tiny” Harris has nothing but praise for her man, TI, as she shared a sweet Father’s Day post in his honor.
Tameka “Tiny” Harris and TI have not only been together for over a decade, but they have also been dedicated to raising their blended family of seven children.
Through those years, Tiny has seen how much of a great father her rapper husband is. Thus when it came to this year’s Father’s Day event, Tiny had nothing but sweet words for TI. Along with an up-close image of her and her man, the 44-year-old singer-songwriter wrote:
“The best parts of my life!! Happy Father’s Day to my man... I love U Big Daddy.”
The post garnered over 100,000 likes and a thousand comments that included some words of appreciation from TI.
Even though the duo share three children - Clifford Joseph Harris III, Major Philant Harris, and Heiress Diana Harris - Heavy revealed that Tiny and TI have four other children from previous relationships.
During a May 2019 interview, Tiny disclosed that what saved her marriage was the fact that she and TI agreed that they both wanted their relationship to work out.
While Tiny has a daughter, Zonnique Jailee Pullins, whom she had during her relationship with Zonnie “Zeboe” Pullins, TI has three children whom he welcomed before he and Tiny got married.
The rapper welcomed Messiah Ya’Majesty Harris and Domani Harris with Lashon Dixon, while he shares Deyjah Imani Harris with Ms. Niko.
Cheat Sheet recounted that TI and Tiny suffered a significant loss when their second child, Leyah Amore Harris, was stillborn in March 2007.
Besides dealing with the pain of losing a child, the couple has had to deal with other problems that led to the near-collapse of their marriage some years ago.
According to E! Online, Tiny filed for divorce in 2016 after only six years of marriage. A source subsequently told the news outlet that the couple had been having “arguments and disagreements over some issues led them to split.”
Luckily, the pair worked things out, and divorce was taken off the table, even though they still have some issues they face from time to time.
The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star added that going to couples counseling also helped her marriage become better than it used to be.
