Ll Cool J's Grown-Up Daughters Shares Throwback Photos with Him on Father's Day

LL Cool J's daughters took to social media on father's day to pay tribute to their famous dad.

Rapper and actor LL Cool J has a brilliant career on screen and on stage, but he is first and foremost a family man, and the father of four children, daughters Italia, Samaria, Nina Simone, and son Najee.

On Father's Day his daughters Samaria, 24, and Nina, 19, took to Instagram to pay tribute to their Cool dad with throwback snaps from their childhoods.

LL Cool has always been know as a devoted family man, and he and his wife Simone have been together for over 30 years

COOL DADDY

Samaria shared a gallery of snaps that show herself as an infant with her Father. In the first photo, Samaria is in her dad's arms, standing next to her mother, Simone Smith, and her oldest sister, Italia, now 29.

Nina shared two sweet photos of herself with her father: one in which she is cuddled in his arms, and another in which he is helping her blow out the candles on her second birthday cake.

LL Cool has always been know as a devoted family man, and he and his wife Simone have been together for over 30 years. In the wild world of rap, LL Cool is famous for his steadfast devotion to his wife, and their strength was tested when Simone was diagnosed with stage three cancer in 2004.

Fortunately, Simone beat her cancer, and she and LL Cool J participated in an awareness campaign for the American Cancer Society called "Beat Cancer Like a Boss." Since then, the couple have been extremely active, raising money for cancer research.

MUSIC IN THE FAMILY

It looks like LL Cool has passed on his musical genes (his grandfather was a jass musician) to his children, and his daughter Nina celebrated her 19th birthday by dropping the video for her first single, "Call Me," on Instagram.

Nina has a gorgeous voice, and a unique sound, and she has may well rival her dad as the family star in the years to come. Looks like LL Cool and Simone have plenty to boast about, with their 4 offspring.
