The TV daytime talk show host learned how to overcome past issues with her ex-husband and today is a happily engaged woman, who keeps up with her own projects and moves on with her new life.
The 41-year-old co-host of the talk show “The Real,” Jeannie Mai, took to Instagram to post a series of photos of herself wearing a blue heart printed sweater and all her fans went crazy on how stunning she looks.
Sitting in front of the camera, the TV personality also wears a striped headband while holding a blue cup of tea. Though she looks like she is relaxing at home, she actually mentioned that she is working on her new collection. She wrote on the post:
“That look when you're creating a collection for my hard working women out there...coming soon #MaiFam.”
Mai, who is also an ambassador for the women sportswear brand, Fabletics, received many comments from her fans who are ready to see what she is working on to go running to the stores to buy it. Mai also offers a special workout set which she says is ideal for exercising at home.
FUTURE BRIDE
A couple of months ago, news broke on the recent engagement of Mai to rapper Jeezy. The couple gave the announcement in March and it was just so perfect to hear some good news those days.
The 42-year-old Jeezy, born as Jay Wayne Jenkins, proposed to Mai in an intimate dinner they had at their home in LA. He had planned to ask her the big question during a trip to Vietnam they were supposed to take in April.
Little did they know that the coronavirus pandemic would cancel their plans, so the rapper managed to have a Vietnam-themed dinner at home and finally proposed to Mai. All their fans were surprised and pleased to see them really committed to their love.
The couple met in November 2018, on the set of “The Real.” They started dating privately but did not make their romance public until August the following year when they went together to a gala for Jeezy’s non-profit, Street Dreamz.
AFTER DIVORCE
Before her Jeezy romance, Mai was previously married to ex-husband, Freddy Harteis for about a decade. On the talk show she hosts, the former stylist has been open about her struggles and depression she went through with the divorce.

She later opened up about how the divorce really hurt her, and after dealing with it she realized how much people can change. Though she felt she could not trust anyone again, she decided to love herself more which ultimately led her to find the relationship she has with Jeezy.
