Halle Berry Shows off Her Fit Body While Working Out inside a Boxing Ring

Halle Berry stuns fans in a recent Instagram post showing her exercising with a jump rope in a figure-hugging pants and tank top ensemble.

Halle Berry is stunning at 53! The iconic actress recently shared a breathtaking photo of herself getting her exercise on while looking fit and fab. Captioning her post, Berry wrote:

"Happy #FitnessFriday! It's no secret that I love #jumprope for cardio, and I can get VERY competitive about it."

In the shot, Berry was looking very radiant while in mid-jump. She was wearing a plain black exercise tank top paired with tight grey gym leggings that showed off her toned and fit legs.

Her long brown and blonde locks were pulled back in a low ponytail while her bangs framed her face that was lit up with a bright smile.

Not only did Berry look fit, she also looked happy and excited to be jumping rope and keeping fit. The actress's' fans noted that and showered her with complimenting comments, referring to her as an inspiration.

Berry has recently been letting her fans and followers into her personal life more than she did before quarantine, urging them to take care of themselves and have fun just as she is, amid the pandemic.

Berry claims that her daughter is perfectly fine with being nestled in with family during the quarantine.

On April 28, the gorgeous 53-year-old shared a scenic snap of herself lounging in a cheeky blush pink outfit by the pool, looking relaxed and happy. The Oscar winner captioned it:

"Summer in April vibes."

With her cool-girl sunglasses on and her hair pulled up in a messy top knot, it was clear that Berry was doing her best to make the most of her time in her eight million-dollar Malibu home.

On April 7, another snap of Berry was uploaded. This time, she was fully dressed in a plain white t-shirt and boxer shorts from media mogul, Ellen DeGeneres' clothing line.

Her caption said she was "chilling" for her next appointment, which was hilariously an appointment to do exactly nothing. The relaxed and laid-back post stood as a reminder for her fans and followers to "chill."

The stunner also has two children, her 12-year-old daughter, Nahla, with her ex-boyfriend, Canadian model Gabriel Arbury, and her 6-year-old son, Maceo, with her now-ex-husband Olivier Martinez.

Berry claims that her daughter is perfectly fine with being nestled in with family during the quarantine. It seems the actress took a page from Nahla's book and is enjoying her time at home while making sure to keep fit.
