Chris Rock Is a Proud Dad to Two Beautiful Daughters — Meet Lola and Zahra

The iconic comedian has two gorgeous daughters to whom he continuously bestows love and affection on social media.

55-year-old Chris Rock shared a glimpse of his beautiful daughters, Lola and Zahra, by paying them a special tribute on social media on the occasion of Father’s Day. The standup comedy legend also expressed through a sweet caption that his daughter made him happy.

Wishing all the fathers a happy Father’s Day, Rock also joked that he would get the “big piece of chicken” that day. "Nothing makes me happier than my girls," he wrote.

A HAPPY FATHER

In one of the two photos posted on the day, Rock is seen posing before the camera with his daughters on either side. The comedian is all smiles as he looks genuinely happy to be in the company of his daughters.

Lola and Zahra both are Rock’s daughters with his ex-wife, Malaak Compton.

Rock has always been vocal about his affection for his daughters on social media. His posts clearly reflect his fondness for the two girls.

Previously, Rock also paid a tribute to his elder daughter on the occasion of her 17th birthday. The comic legend took to social media to share a picture of Lola followed by a sweet caption.

Wishing his elder daughter a happy birthday on Instagram, Rock further expressed his affection with an adorable message. He wrote:

"The love of my life Lola. Love you so much beautiful never a dull moment [sic]."

Similarly, he also wished the best to his younger daughter on her 15th birthday with a loving post. Taking to social media, Rock posted a picture of Zahra and shared how she made him "happy."

STRONG FAMILY BOND

In yet another post, Rock shared a throwback photograph of his father holding his two kids in his arms when they were little. He explained in the caption to his post that he saw glimpses of his own father in his daughters.

Recently, the proud father was also spotted taking his daughters out for dinner in New York City. Prior to the dinner, the doting father was also seen visiting a tattoo parlor, where he got matching tattoos with Lola.

The family’s day out bonding came amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and all three of them were seen sporting masks along with their stylish outfits.

HIS CONTROVERSIAL DIVORCE

Lola and Zahra both are Rock’s daughters with his ex-wife, Malaak Compton. The couple parted their ways in 2014 after 18 years of marriage. They officially divorced in 2016.

During the divorce, Rock was also amid the controversy that he had taken a South African girl, Ntombi, as his daughter without doing any legal adoption paperwork. The comedian later denied the claims alleging that his estranged wife was to be blamed for Ntombi’s arrival into their home.
