People: What Type of Stepmom Is Princess Beatrice to Her Husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's Son Wolfie?
The recently-married British royal, Princess Beatrice is effortelessly settling into her life as a married woman. Now, she's taking on some mom duties as well.
The Princess is yet to have a child with her new husband, Italian property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. However, People recently reported that she was still involved in the life of his son, Wolfie.
Mozzi had 4-year-old Wolfie in a previous relationship with architect and designer Dara Huang. This essentially made Princess Beatrice the first royal family member, in a while, to step into the role of a stepmother.

To be fair, Duchess Camilla also made a similar move when she married Prince Charles. However, she married into the royal family. Princess Beatrice is essentially making the opposite move. The Princess is also the first stepmother in this generation of royals.
Even with no experience, the Princess appears to be taking things in stride. A source explained to People that she had known about Wolfie, and she was okay with being a stepmom. The source added:
"Beatrice is a wonderful and very hands-on stepmom. He is very much part of their life."

The source added that Mozzi is an exceptional father as well. Thus, Princess Beatrice is merely following his example as a stepmom. So far, the group has been on some vacations together. So, things appear to be going pretty well for the new family.
She reportedly hopes to get pregnant before the end of the year.

Princess Beatrice's wedding to Mozzi was a bit of a surprise to many. While they've been engaged for a while, the novel coronavirus pandemic threatened to keep things on hold.
The couple had planned to get married in May, but the lockdown forced a postponement. Many had believed they would wait until the pandemic blows over. However, they tied the knot in a private ceremony last weekend.

The Princess even got a special gift from the Queen. A news report claimed that she borrowed Her Majesty's dress and tiara at the last minute.
Queen Elizabeth granted the request for Princess Beatrice to borrow the items, and she looked amazing in them. Even with little time to plan the wedding, it appeared to have gone on smoothly.

Now, the Princess appears to be focusing on the next thing — having children with her husband. Sources claimed earlier this week that Princess Beatrice was planning to start a family.
She reportedly hopes to get pregnant before the end of the year. So, perhaps little Wolfie will have some step-siblings to keep him company soon enough.
