Late music star, David Bowie's daughter recently marked a milestone age and had the sweetest tribute from her mom, Iman on her social media page. The doting mom happily flaunted her daughter.

Late star David Bowie's daughter, Alexandria Zahra Jones became a year older. To celebrate her 20th birthday, her star mom and famous model, Iman went all out on Instagram.

In a series of snapshots, Iman showed off her grown daughter and her gorgeous features. Jones' pretty face was captured in up close pics that had her flaunting her curly mass of hair and a lovely ring on her nose.

Lexi, as she is popularly known, was wearing a black tank top and in the second slide, gave a glimpse of her tattoo. Iman captioned the birthday post, "Happy Birthday, my heart, my pride, my love, my angel, my Lexi" and expressed that she was a proud mom.

Iman once shared that she caught the attention of prominent fashion designers for modeling after sharing Jones' photos on her 18th birthday.

Many followers joined in the congratulations as they cheered the birthday girl and gushed over her beauty. Some praised the celebrant for her stunning beauty while others gushed about the striking resemblances she shares with her late father.

Jones was in the news earlier this year after she revealed that she hadn't seen her mom in six months in a social media post on Mother's Day.

In the post, she gushed over her supermodel mother and talked about the issue of social distancing as she and Iman lived on opposite sides of the city. The young adult hoped the pandemic does not take too long as she "misses her dearly."

Jones is the only child of Bowie and Iman. Nonetheless, she has half-siblings from her parents' previous marriages.

However, Iman was bent on protecting her from the public as she believed the only reason they wanted her was because "she is David Bowie's daughter." The youngster has an admirable bond with her mom, and they each have a tattoo in honor of Bowie.
