See Magic & Cookie Johnson's Greetings to Samuel L Jackson and Wife LaTanya as They Celebrate Their Anniversary

Magic and Cookie Johnson recently took to Instagram where they penned touching notes to their friends, Samuel L Jackson and his wife on their 40th wedding anniversary.

Samuel L Jackson and his wife, LaTanya Jackson recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and the couple got sweet tributes from their friends, Magic & Cookie Johnson.

Taking to Instagram, Cookie shared an adorable photo of Samuel and LaTanya striking a pose while at a restaurant.

The couple donned summer outfits with Samuel wearing a peach-colored Adidas T-shirt and black shorts. He topped off the look with a pair of dark sunglasses.

LaTanya, on the other hand, donned a striped shirt which she paired with sunglasses and a brown straw hat. In her caption, Cookie wished the famous couple a happy anniversary while adding:

"You are a great example of long-lasting love❤️, we adore both of you, sending you lots of love on this blessed day?"

In a separate post, Magic also shared a photo of himself and Cookie posing alongside the Jacksons. With the two men looking dapper in tuxedos, the women complimented them rocking gorgeous knee-length dresses.

He admitted that getting married to Cookie was one of the best decisions he ever made.

In his caption, Magic wished Samuel and LaTanya a happy anniversary while describing them as his and Cookie’s best friends and travel partners.

Along with the sweet tributes Samuel and LaTanya got from their loved ones, the couple was sure to celebrate each other with sweet words.

Sharing pictures of himself and LaTanya locked in a warm embrace, Samuel penned a touching tribute to his wife.

Using a dancing metaphor, he explained how he and LaTanya had moved together as one over the years. He concluded by sweetly adding that they are not done dancing.

Samuel and LaTanya first met in the late 1960s and by 1980, the couple tied the knot. Since then, they have enjoyed a blissful marriage and are parents to one child, daughter Zoe.

In a similar light, Magic and Cookie have enjoyed a beautiful marital journey just like the Jacksons. Last September, the couple celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary and Magic was sure to dedicate the sweetest tribute to his wife.

In his note, he admitted that getting married to Cookie was one of the best decisions he ever made. He added that he was simply honored to call her his wife.
