Us Weekly: Queen Elizabeth II Can Depend on Kate Middleton to Keep Things Running Smoothly
According to a source that spoke to “Us Weekly,” there is one person who has really stepped up to help the Queen to keep things working well amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
An insider who spoke to “Us Weekly” recently revealed how the Queen, 94, was managing to run things amid the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease. The monarch is running things in the British Royal Family from Windsor Castle.
However, she’s been said to be leaning on someone special to help with the state of affairs. According to the source, Duchess Kate, 38, has stepped up and keeps things running well from Kensington Palace.

SUPPORTING THE QUEEN
The informant noted how Kate has been the Queen’s rock through these trying times. Prince William’s wife has allegedly helped make the monarch's adaptation to living in Windsor much easier.
The monarch is said to have a lot of trust in the Cambridges as she sees them as the Royal Family’s future. The insider also explained:
“More than anything, knowing she can rely on Kate and Prince William to handle matters in her absence is the greatest comfort she could ask for.”
KATE & THE QUEEN’S RELATIONSHIP
The Queen and Kate are said to be so close that she even asks the monarch for advice when writing her speeches. William’s wife also turns to the Queen when she needs guidance on royal protocols.
The insider claimed the monarch happily shares her wisdom and was proud to be Kate’s adviser when it came to all things royal. The Queen also appreciates the fact that Kate and William never have drama, according to another source.
QUEEN VOUCHES FOR CAMBRIDGES
The informant claimed the monarch thought the pair was “perfect” to take over the running of the British Royal Family. The Queen is already said to be delegating some royal duties to the couple.
However, there is one person who is said to not be getting along with Kate: her sister-in-law, Duchess Meghan. According to Omid Scobie’s royal tell-all book, “Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family,” the truth is somewhere in between.
KATE & MEGHAN’S RELATIONSHIP
While being interviewed on “Good Morning America,” Scobie revealed how the two Duchesses had little in common and that’s why they don’t seem to click. It seems Meghan also wanted more support from Kate but never really got it.
RUMORS ABOUT KATE & MEGHAN
However, most of the rumors seem to be untrue about the duo. It appears the pair never had a rift and rumors were just blown out of proportion.
SUSSEXES HONOR QUEEN
Earlier in the month, Duchess Meghan and her husband Prince Harry showed they had no bad feelings towards the Queen since leaving the Royal Family. During a call with the monarch’s Commonwealth Trust, the couple praised the Queen and promised to honor her legacy.
