Filmed in Garner's home, the clip shows her scrambling to make snacks for her children before a conference call. She then reaches for a few packets of cold-pressed applesauce to save time after struggling to make a smoothie.
Garner, who gained recognition for her role as Sydney Bristow in the television series "Alias," captioned the post:
"Whatever Back-to-School means for you this year—it's here!"
The post has already amassed more than one million likes. Meanwhile, Garner also discussed preparing her children for school during an episode of "Dear Media's Raising Good Humans" podcast.
According to the actress, Violet is "taking an incredibly tough load of classes" as she starts her first year of secondary school virtually.
Garner revealed that Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel are making the most of the current situation.
Concerning Seraphina, Garner said that she simply wants her to make some extraordinary memories. The 11-year-old is entering her final year of elementary school.
The actress also shared about what her youngest child Samuel has been up to. She revealed that he is eager to begin his academic life again.
Garner recently shared about how her children were coping with isolation due to the pandemic. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Garner revealed that Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel are making the most of the current situation.

Garner shares Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel with her ex, Ben Affleck. In 2015, a day after marking their tenth anniversary, she and Affleck publicly revealed their decision to divorce.
They continue to make their children their priority. The former couple lives near each other in Los Angeles so that their children can easily split their time between both parents.
"They have been great. We have our moments of course," she shared, "but I think they really get the call to action of staying put and working hard to keep your chins up."
Before their heartbreaking announcement that they were divorcing, speculations about Garner and Affleck's split had been going around for quite a while.
The former couple started dating in 2004. Their romance developed while starring together in the movies — "Pearl Harbor" and "Daredevil." They tied the knot in June 2005 in a private ceremony in Turks and Caicos.
