Teyana Taylor & Iman Shumpert Welcome Their Second Daughter, Rue Rose

Singer and choreographer Teyana Taylor and her NBA star husband, Iman Shumpert welcomed their second child, a beautiful baby girl named Rue Rose, on Sunday, September 6.

Teyana Taylor is officially a mother of two! The singer and her husband, Iman Shumpert, recently welcomed their little bundle of joy.

The 29-year-old star gave birth to a healthy baby girl named Rue Rose at 3:28 am on Sunday, September 6, at home in their family's bathroom.

The proud father took to Instagram to share the happy news with his fans, revealing that his daughter came into the world looking around and ready to explore.

In the video, Shumpert and Taylor's daughter looked beautiful as she peacefully napped. It is too soon to know whether the baby girl takes after her mother or her father, but she definitely has her mother's charm!

Shumpert revealed that his daughter was born the day after they threw Taylor a baby shower. Joking about how the little one could not wait to come into the world, he further wrote:

"She didn’t make the party but she managed to make the next day her birthdate!!!"

SHE WAS BORN AT HOME

According to the NBA player, whenever he and Taylor buy homes, they always find a bathroom with great energy, but none of them had imagined that they would be delivering both of their daughters in a bathroom.

Junie was super excited when she found out that she was going to be a big sister.

"A little sister. Another daughter. Black love wins....again," the proud girl dad wrote before adding that they love their little daughter.

Taylor broke the news of her pregnancy back in June when she debuted her baby bump in the "Wake Up Love" music video. She and her husband became parents for the first time when they welcomed their daughter, Iman a.k.a. Junie.

HOW THEIR FIRSTBORN REACTED

Junie was super excited when she found out that she was going to be a big sister. She would talk to her mom's baby bump and even helped out when her parents were picking names for her sister.

If constantly kissing her mom's belly was not enough, Junie would even pick out stuff for her baby sister whenever they went to the store. She is definitely going to be an ideal big sister!
