Tennis Star Naomi Osaka Bought Nick Jonas' House for $6.9 Million — Take a Peek Inside
Naomi Osaka made a boss move when she bought Nick Jonas' Los Angeles house at the price of $6.9 million. Here's all there is to know about the chic residence.
Naomi Osaka acquired Nick Jonas's spectacular mansion towards the end of 2019 with the plans of making Los Angeles her permanent home.
The 4,129-square-foot minimalist mansion is located in L.A.'s Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood. The masterpiece was built in 1965 and was later renovated in 2015 by Jonas.
The not-so-humble abode sits on a ridge overlooking the surrounding land, and it boasts of 5 bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an extended wooden terrace, an infinity pool complete with spa, a two-car garage, and a two-story "floating" guesthouse outfitted with a separate private gym.
Jonas reportedly bought the mansion in 2018. However, he put it up for sale following his marriage to famous Indian actress Priyanka Chopra. He officially sold it in the summer of 2019 to a then-unknown buyer who turned out to be Osaka.
The famous rapper declared his own love for her while tagging her a "nugget head."
In more recent news, Osaka made more waves in the sports world when she won her second US Open and third Grand Slam title this month.
Each time the famous tennis star appeared for a game at this year's Open, she had on a mask printed with the name of a Black victim of alleged police/racist violence in the United States.
One day after her win at the US Open, Osaka took to Twitter to thank her ancestors. She claimed the title by beating Victoria Azarenka in three sets.
The talented sportswoman is currently in a relationship with rapper YBN Cordae. In July, she took to Instagram to share a shot of herself and Cordae standing close to the famous Hollywood sign in L.A., looking all loved up.
Cordae was in attendance at New York City's Arthur Ashe Stadium as Osaka won her second U.S. Open title on Saturday. He was caught on TV cameras showing support for his girlfriend and was quick to remind everyone she now has three Grand Slam titles after the win.
Fans hope their love story is one that ends with a happily ever after and if their posts online are any indication, they are here to stay.
