Ant Anstead Praised Christina in Sweet Post Celebrating Their Son's B-Day 2 Weeks before Split

TV star Ant Anstead and his wife, Christina, shocked fans with the news of their split, but two weeks earlier, everything seemed fine when Ant shared their toddler's birthday post.

Prior to the news of his divorce, British star Ant Anstead took to Instagram some weeks ago with a birthday post for his little son, Hudson.

The sweet write up was about the birthday boy, but Ant took some time to gush over his soon-to-be ex-wife while praising her as a mother.

The gleeful post included videos and images of Ant Anstead's moments with his little son and Christina. The adorable baby boy's pictures could warm any heart, viewing the post as his dad showed him off. Ant also displayed some images of him and his wife chronicling the baby's arrival. His caption read:

"Happy Birthday, Hudzo!! Where has the year gone??. You are our miracle baby, the perfect blend of your beautiful mom and thus Brit dad!..."

The star dad went on as he gushed over his blended family while sweetly writing about their birthdays. Ant was particularly in awe of how his kids' birth dates were in succession with little Hudson's in the middle. He then lightly concluded that it was "written in the stars."

THE SURPRISING NEWS

New updates on the Ansteads show that the couple is working on getting a divorce. "Flip or Flop" star Christina opened up on Instagram that she and her spouse were calling it quits. Christina,37, shared a somewhat romantic photo of her and Ant while requesting privacy from fans.

The pair told PEOPLE that they made their wedding about their lovely children.

Last month, Ant, who co-hosts "The Wheelers Dealers," had a subtle face off with a fan on Instagram after the individual criticized his amicable relationship with his wife's ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa. The incident made him leave Instagram for awhile.

ANT STAYS IN AWE OF CHRISTINA

For Mother's Day celebration, the TV personality did not hold back on his admiration as he wrote about his wife on Instagram. Ant shared that Christina was the "glue" holding their blended family.

He attached sweet family photos while letting the star mom know that she was doing a "life-changing" job regarding motherhood. He also praised her efforts in keeping their family together.

Little Hudson is Christina and Ant's only child together. However, they have two kids each from previous marriages. The duo tied the knot in 2018 in a "winter wonderland" ceremony, which was a private affair.

The pair told PEOPLE that they made their wedding about their lovely children. Although the couple might be getting a divorce, it seems like there is no love lost between them.
