Rebel Wilson & New Boyfriend Jacob Busch Make Their Debut as a Couple at Charity Gala in Monaco

On Thursday, September 24, 2020, Rebel Wilson and her new boyfriend made their debut at a charity event in Monaco. The actress also shared several of their photos on Instagram.

“Pitch Perfect” star Rebel Wilson, 40, is currently dating boyfriend Jacob Busch. This week, the actress and Busch made their debut as a couple at the red carpet at a Monte-Carlo event.

The couple was attending a Gala for Planetary Health on Thursday. Before making their physical public debut, Wilson made their social media debut on Instagram.

WILSON SHARES BF’S PICS

The actress shared several images of herself and Busch on her Instagram Stories. She was seen posing in the pictures alongside her boyfriend in a dark setting.

Earlier in the day, Wilson showed off her incredible weight loss by posing in the gown she would be wearing that evening. She uploaded three Instagram photos where she wore an off-the-shoulder Rene Ruiz Collection gown by Luis Escudero.

WHAT THEY WORE TO THE EVENT

The metallic multi-colored dress featured a high waistline. Busch opted to allow her to take the spotlight by keeping it simple in a black tuxedo and bow tie at Prince Albert’s event.

Wilson also showed off her new man with an Instagram post where they posed with other people before boarding their helicopter to Monaco. The star and Busch were seen posing with Helen Mirren and Kate Beckinsale.

HOW DID THEY MEET

The actress and her boyfriend were introduced in 2019 by a friend. They were rumored to be dating after they were spotted in March 2019 attending a performance of “Cats” together.

At the time, a “Radar Online” source had claimed that the pair had been on a few dates before their “Cats” appearance. The couple managed to build their relationship despite Wilson living in her native Australia and Busch residing in Los Angeles.

THEIR BRIEF SEPARATION

The couple was separated due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease. The actress recently returned to the US and they reconciled in California; taking their relationship forward.

Before dating Busch, the “Pain & Gain” star's most recent public relationship was reportedly with Beacher Media Group founder Jeff Beacher. Last February, he posted a photo with the actress from the premiere of her film “Isn't It Romantic.”

REBEL’S PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP

In May 2019, Wilson seemingly confirmed her relationship with Beacher with their photo at Walt Disney World. She has since removed the images from their trip from her Instagram page.

The star never officially confirmed that they were seeing each other. They have since stopped following one another on Instagram.

Busch’s family are the founders of the Anheuser-Busch brewing company in St. Louis, Missouri. His parents are Joan and Peter W. Busch and he’s said to worth $100 million.

In 2016, Wilson’s boyfriend started his own brewery called Son’s Beer. He took upon the new venture alongside his friends Carlo Mondavi and Elliott Taylor.
