Dog the Bounty Hunter Describes His First Ever Hunt with Fiancée Francie Frane

Duane Chapman sat down for an exclusive with Dr. Oz, sharing how "natural" his fiancée, Francie Frane, turned out to be at bounty hunting after joining him for the first time.

The well-known bounty hunter Duane Chapman remotely gave Dr. Oz an update on the developments in his life, which aired on a recent episode of "The Dr. Oz Show."

"Dog the Bounty Hunter" found love with Francie Frane after both lost their spouses due to cancer. After getting engaged in May, Duane and Francie's lives continue to become ever more entwined, as the 67-year-old told Dr. Oz during their chat.

A few days before Chapman's interview with Dr. Oz, his son, Leland Chapman silenced rumors that his relationship with his wife Jamie was on the rocks.

FRANCIE WENT ALONG ON A BOUNTY HUNT

Early in May, when a rep for Chapman confirmed their engagement, he said that they are looking forward to the rest of their lives together, and his fiancée, Francie Frane, is stepping up to make the most of it.

Frane went along on a bounty hunt, and given her experience with bow hunting and the tracking of the animals, the transfer of skills made her a "natural" at bounty hunting, the reality star said before adding:

"She's kind of a natural. She just fit right in. She started getting leads and writing them down, so there's more than just tracking and hunting."

FATHER AND SON HAPPY IN LOVE

According to Chapman, his fiancée is "really good" at investigating, which provides the details they need to track the person in question, so she shines both behind the scenes and while out on the hunt.

However, just a few days before Chapman's interview with Dr. Oz, his son, Leland Chapman, silenced rumors that his relationship with his wife Jamie was on the rocks.

Rumors that Leland's 4-year marriage to Jamie was in trouble started swirling earlier this month when she took down her Instagram bio description that read that she is "Leland's wife."

However, Leland's sweet birthday message to Jamie last week gushed nothing but love for his wife. Alongside a cozy snapshot of them together, Leland wrote:

"I’ve been blessed to call you my wife my friend and my partner. Here’s to you Mrs.Chapman, Thank you beautiful Happy Birthday,”

GONE BUT ALWAYS WITH THEM

Even though Chapman found love after losing his longtime love to cancer Beth Chapman last year, she will always have a special place in his heart.

On June 26, the first anniversary of Beth's passing, the Chapmans organize two ceremonies to honor the late beloved reality star. While Duane held a small private ceremony in the US, his daughter Cecily hosted a celebration of life in her mom's honor in Hawaii.
