The 40-year-old added that her daughter Aaliyah wanted a rabbit for her fifth birthday. But when they saw that the rabbit had a sister, they decided to buy it too.

Jenkins said they could not separate the lovable creatures. The singer added, "The children named their own and Xander's first choice for his doe was 'Norman'! Thankfully he settled on Potter, named after Harry!"

Jenkins, who has released many albums that have performed well on British charts, and her husband are very private with regards to their children. In fact, the couple never shows their faces on social media.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenkins has been treating fans to performances live from her home, which could easily be mistaken for a royal residence.

Jenkins admitted that she misses being on stage.

The singer's pictures and videos on social media have offered a rare look inside their delightful home. One room features opulent décor with high ceilings and polished flooring with an antique rug in the middle.

Jenkins has a black piano while a cushioned black leather bench sits in front of an open fireplace. There's also a huge arched mirror with a gold frame hanging on the wall.

Meanwhile, during a recent interview, Jenkins shared that the downtime she has had with her family after going into lockdown amid the novel coronavirus pandemic has been lovely as they have spent quality time together.

But Jenkins admitted that she misses being on stage. The singer, who shot to stardom in 2003 when she sang at Westminster Cathedral in honor of Pope John Paul II's silver jubilee, likewise said that she enjoyed spending time with her loved ones.

Jenkins added that Aaliyah and Xander have changed her life and that the two have made her a better version of herself. Being a mother, she continued, is the best thing that has ever happened to her.

Meanwhile, just like Jenkins, veteran actress Jennifer Garner also enjoys spending time with her family amid the COVID-19 lockdown. She recently took to social media to discuss her life as a busy mother of three.
