Robin Williams' Eldest Son Zak Marries His Fiancée Olivia June on World Mental Health Day

Mental Health Advocate Zak Williams, the oldest son of the late Robin Williams, got married to the love of his life and best friend, Olivia June, on World Mental Health Day.

Robin Wiliams’ oldest child, Zak Williams, has tied the knot with his fiancee Olivia June. The lovely couple married on Saturday and shared the news with their fans on Twitter. In his tweet, Zak wrote:

“I had the great joy of marrying my best friend @oliviajune today! It went awesome and we couldn’t have tied the knot on a better day. #WorldMentalHealthDay.”

Accompanying Zak’s cute message was a photo of him and his beautiful wife smiling as they posed. June also shared the news of her and Zak’s marriage with her followers on Twitter.

Fans of the couple were delighted with the news of their marriage and took turns to celebrate them and congratulate them on their wedding.

The couple, who welcomed a son McLaurin “Mickey” Clement Williams, in May 2019, expressed delight about the date of their wedding and hosted a safe outdoor ceremony amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

His death proved shocking to many of his fans and most especially his children, who he touched with his acting and fatherly love.

Zak told PEOPLE that the process of planning their wedding was a challenge, adding that it was cool to see how safe one could be while enjoying a festive event together.

Williams looks forward to building a future with June, who he met in 2014 while going through a difficult period in his life after his father’s death.

He needed someone in that period, and June proved to be really supportive. Zak is thrilled they now have a family and enjoys the experience of being a father to McLaurin.

Actor Robin Williams died by suicide on August 11, 2014, at 63. His death proved shocking to many of his fans and, most significantly, his children, who he touched with his acting and fatherly love.

The actor had three children, Zak, Zelda, and Cody, who he shared with two different women. He was married three times in his lifetime, first to Valerie Velardi, who bore Zak, Marsha Garces, who gave birth to Zelda and Cody, and Susan Schneider, who he married in 2011.

Zak paid his father a glowing tribute on the 6th anniversary of his death in August, saying the late actor’s legacy would live on in his family and in those who carry his spirit within their hearts.
