True to Jasmine's words, it was clear to see that she had been working hard at getting fit and busy with exercising and staying healthy.
Not only was she glistening with sweat from what was presumably an intense workout routine, but her body also looked to be in great shape.
She wore a blue sports bra and leggings ensemble which showed off her toned midriff, while her fiancé, basketball player Rakeem Christmas looked just as fit in a gray T-shirt and shorts combo.
Jasmine's followers loved the photo of the cute couple working out and taking care of their health together and rushed to the comments to fawn over them.

Being the daughter of a man as influential and legendary as Michael Jordan, Jasmine has had to work extra hard to carve out a place for herself and make a name for herself.
She did not follow his path by doing so on the court, but she established herself off the court with her sports management skills and degree. Now one of the most influential people in her field, she is also a proud mom.
Jasmine and Christmas's baby boy was born in May 2019, almost a year after she and Christmas got engaged in June 2018. Fans of the admirable Jordan family were delighted to find out that the iconic MJ became a first-time grandpa at the age of 56.
