Actress Hassie Harrison plays the role of Laramie, a barrel racer, in Paramount Network's "Yellowstone," but she is more what she portrays on screen.

Even though she joined the beloved western series in the third season, actress Hassie Harrison has already won viewers' hearts with her impressive acting skills and charming demeanor.

Harrison made her debut in the fifth episode of season 3 as Laramie, an extraordinary barrel racer, but there is more to the actress that many fans might not be aware of.

MEET HASSIE HARRISON

The 30-year-old actress is from Texas and is no stranger to television shows. Before her time on "Yellowstone," Harrison gained fame on the comedy series, "Tacoma PD," where she played the role of Lucy McConky. She also had roles in the shows "LA Rangers," "Hart of Dixie," and "The Astronaut Wives Club."

Season three brought an influx of women power to the show with the introduction of Jen Landon, Q'orianka Kilcher, Eden Brolin, as well as Harrison.

Harrison has some movie credits to her name, such as "The Iron Orchard" and "Dementia." Her latest project is the comedy "Back to Lyla," which she filmed before her appearance on "Yellowstone."

The talented actress has also amassed a fanbase on Instagram with over 100,000 followers. She frequently keeps fans updates with heartwarming photos of herself and behind-the-scenes sneak peeks.

HARRISON ON "YELLOWSTONE"

After making her debut in episode five, Harrison's character starred in the season for a total of five episodes, including the devastating finale that three characters John Dutton, Beth Dutton, and Jimmy Hurdstram, fight for their lives.

Harrison was particularly thrilled about her appearance on the show and lauded show creator Taylor Sheridan for writing strong female characters. Speaking about it during an interview with LX, she said:

"I feel like it is something he does so well, and just to add some more female power into the show just throws a different dynamic in and puts everyone in kind of new situations."

The "Max Reload and the Nether Blasters" star also mentioned that the show helped her reconnect with her roots in cowboy culture and express her Texan side to the rest of the world.

"YELLOWSTONE" WOMEN OF SEASON 3

Season three brought an influx of women power to the show with the introduction of Jen Landon, Q'orianka Kilcher, Eden Brolin, as well as Harrison. Landon plays the role of ranchhand Teeter, who takes on her colleague Colby who speaks rudely to women.

Kilcher stars as Angela Blue Thunder and battles Thomas Rainwater, the chairman of the Confederated Tribes of Broken Rock, a party to the ongoing violence against his people.

Lastly is Brolin, who plays Mia, Jimmy's partner. She helps him overcome his failures while taking the lead.
