Torrei Hart Mourns the Death of Her Aunt Who Died Due to COVID-19 Complications at 62-Years-Old
Torrei Hart, ex-wife of the comedian Kevin Hart, shared a clip from her aunt's memorial service and her grief over the 62-year-old's death was not unnoticed.
Actress and comedian Torrei Hart is heartbroken over the death of her aunt Pat at 62 due to coronavirus and shared a clip from the memorial service for fans on Instagram.
The footage she uploaded captured a few seconds of the service which showed a large picture of her aunt placed in front of the stage, while a man on the podium was talking about his memories with Pat.

Her sadness was noticed by fans who shared their condolences in the comment section and prayed for her aunt's soul while others tried to lift Torrei's spirit. The 42-year-old captioned the post with the words:
"#RIP to my Godmom/aunt I love you. Finally get to celebrate you during these trying times...[expletive] COVID!!!!! 4/8/58-4/17/20"
In 2018, [Torrei] confessed that she struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts after her divorce.
Torrei is well-known as the ex-wife of Kevin Hart but there was more to the former couple's relationship than fans were aware. The pair met in Philadelphia while studying in college and when they discovered their mutual passion for comedy, they dropped out of school to join Hollywood.

While Kevin's career skyrocketed, Torrei stayed home to take care of their kids and their relationship suffered from various problems before they called it quits in 2010.
In 2018, the mother-of-two confessed that she struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts after her divorce. She admitted that Kevin's relationship with his current wife Eniko Parrish crushed her especially when they were seen being romantic in public.
The 42-year-old was heartbroken about her failed marriage and there were days when she didn't believe she had a reason to live. However, she got through her depression by focusing on her children and career.
After her divorce, Torrei rose to fame with her YouTube comedy channel, PrettyFunnyFish, which became a big success that landed her a production partnership with Russell Simmons' company, All Def Digital.
The 42-year-old also produced and starred in her movie "Victim Of Circumstance." She co-founded S.O.A.R. with her sister to help women overcome difficulties and worked with Skimpy Mixers to create a low- calorie cocktail mixer.
Earlier this year, the "Jumanji" star revealed he tested positive for coronavirus less than a year after his horrible accident in 2019.
Hart was in a car with Jared Black, Eniko's trainer when the car veered off Mulholland Highway. The actor was left with severe injuries to his spine and had to attend rehab to get him back on his feet.
