The video she shared showed her and her singer husband, Legend, on stage with their kids at a drive-in campaign rally held in Philadelphia.

The clip showed Teigen lovingly kissing her husband from behind before greeting the audience. The sweet video showed the lovely bond between the family, and Teigen's fans appreciated her sharing it with them.

The video Teigen shared with her followers was an excerpt from Legend's performance of his song, "Never Break," as a special tribute to his wife and family. Legend told the crowd that they were eager to teach their young kids to participate in their democracy.

The couple suffered their tragic loss in October when their unborn son, Jack, passed away after Teigen had pregnancy complications. Teigen, who has been carrying her fans along as she mourns, revealed her tribute to Jack on Twitter:

"I have gotten used to my naturally frowny mouth. It's kind of wild how much I laugh and smile and how it's still frowny, no matter what lol."

Teigen followed her caption with a photo of herself in a black dress and another photo of her and Legend holding hands over a table, to reveal a stunning tattoo of Jack's name written in cursive.

Teigen only returned to social media two weeks after she first shared the heartbreaking news that she and Legend lost their baby. The model commented on a funny post shared by an Instagram user and wrote that it gave her her first giggle since the tragedy.

Teigen and Legend first shared that they were expecting little Jack in August, a month before the tragedy hit. They continue to find strength in each other as they try to move on.
