DWTS Pro Val Chmerkovskiy Shares Sweet Dancing Video with His Dog Ziggy to Fans' Delight

"Dancing With The Stars" pro Val Chmerkovskiy showed fans what he and his dog, Ziggy, do when his wife, Jenna Johnson, goes to work in a recent video shared on his Instagram.

"Dancing With The Stars" pro Val Chmerkovskiy's wife, Jenna Johnson, might not know what her husband and their dog, Ziggy, do when she leaves the house. However, thanks to a video Chmerkovskiy recently shared on his Instagram page, the cat —or dog in this case— is officially out of the bag. He wrote:

"I mean he got a point, we need to start treating each other with respect and human decency. There's a great pun in there. A lil nugget of humor in an anxious day."

The caption accompanied a video that gave fans a glimpse of what Chmerkovskiy and their dog, Ziggy, did when they were all alone at home — dancing. Lots of dancing.

Clad in only sweatpants, the dark-haired Chmerkovskiy sat beside Ziggy as they started their dance party and grooved very excitedly to Drake's song, "Laugh Now Cry Later" (feat. Lil Durk).

As a pro dancer, it was not surprising that the dog dad knew how to bust a move or two, but it was Ziggy's dancing that stole the show and the fans' hearts in reality. Fans were delighted to see what happened when mom left for work and left the boys at home. It was a wonderful treat.

Chmerkovskiy and Johnson have a unique love story that began with them finding something special in each other on the dance floor.

Chmerkovskiy's video came just days after he said his wife, Johnson, celebrated their one-year anniversary alone after they had to delay their celebratory plans amid the pandemic and quarantine.

To celebrate their special day, the "Dancing With The Stars" couple went out to visit the venue where they exchanged vows and got married. Johnson shared a series of pictures on her Instagram with the caption:

"Finally got to go back to our wedding venue and celebrate our '1 Year Wedding Anniversary' a couple (7) months late."

Johnson and Chmerkovskiy have wanted to visit their wedding venue since their one-year anniversary in April. She shared two selfies of them kissing and goofing off, and then more with Chmerkovskiy's mischief buddy, Ziggy.

Chmerkovskiy and Johnson have a unique love story that began with them finding something special in each other on the dance floor. The husband and wife met on "Dancing With The Stars" in 2014 when Johnson first joined as a dance troupe member.

It was not until February 2016 when they were first spotted getting cozy with each other in public that the public realized there was something going on.

In June 2018, they got engaged, and in April 2019, they tied the knot. Now over a year later, the happily married husband and wife are the proud parents of their lovely pooch, Ziggy.
