"Good Bones" is all about perfecting homes found in various conditions, and thankfully the family managed to apply the same principle to ensure Kelsy Gray had her dream wedding.

The reality show first aired in 2016, and since then, it gave viewers a glimpse into Karen Laine and her family's lives, especially her sidekick daughter, Mina Starsiak, as they renovate homes.

THE SAVE

However, on November 7, the celebrity family faced a different kind of challenge with Kelsy's socially-distanced wedding ceremony, which took place in Indianapolis, Indiana.

A problem arose with the entertainment booked for the ceremony, and the family had to scramble last minute to find a replacement. The band they secured reportedly bailed on them at the last minute, and Laine didn't hesitate in making her feelings known.

In the end, everything worked out, but the experience didn't go undocumented. Taking to social media, Laine gave a short explanation of the situation alongside a picture taken of The Indigos, who stepped in to save the day, and wrote:

After four seasons on the show, Laine retired from "Good Bones," leaving Mina as the only chick left with a hammer, but Kelsy since stepped in as Chief Business Officer of "Two Chicks & a Hammer."

Gray often works at their newly opened retail shop in Indianapolis, and "Good Bones" is set to return next summer after being renewed for its sixth season.

A BIG FAMILY

While Laine and Mina are familiar faces on television, their family are several members strong. From Laine's first marriage to Casey, she brought three children into the world, Mina, William, and CR. When Laine married her second husband, Randy, they brought another child into the world, Kelsy.

Relatedly, another wedding in the world of home renovation is just around the corner. "Flip or Flop" star Tarek El Moussa and his fiancee, Heather Rae Young, are busy planning their wedding after getting engaged in July.

Dishing some details about their plans, El Moussa teased that they might have an international wedding. The couple got engaged on the beach on Catalina Island, and they plan on tying the knot next summer.
