Goldie Hawn recently uploaded a video of herself inside her kitchen while holding her adorable dog. In the clip, the celebrated actress can be seen discussing the significance of kindness to mark World Kindness Day.

In the heartwarming footage shared on Instagram on November 13, Goldie Hawn said, "One of the things that we wonder are what are the causes of happiness? And right now, I would say that kindness is one of them."

The 74-year-old explained that if you are kind to someone, in return, that person will be kind to you too. The legendary actress added that kindness promotes more happiness in you and them.
