Gwen Stefani stunned her Instagram followers with a photo of herself in a red varsity jacket and a sensual pair of black latex boots.
Singer Gwen Stefani is newly engaged to country star and fellow "The Voice" judge Blake Shelton and she is glowing with happiness in a recent Instagram post.
The "Hollaback Girl" singer shared a photo taken during the filming of a recent episode of the talent contest looking incredibly youthful in an unusual outfit.
UNCONVENTIONAL AND FUN
Stefani was photographed in front of her judge's chair wearing a red and white oversized varsity jacket lavishly embroidered with sequined flowers and trimmed with grey and white rib.
Under her jacket, the singer wore a sheer sequined polo-neck top, with a black bra under it, paired with a super-short pair of stone-washed denim shorts with a frayed hem and fishnet stockings.
The unconventional and fun outfit was given extra oomph with a pair of sleek and shiny skin-tight thigh-high black latex boots that clung to Stefani's long legs. The boots and shorts combination is one that the singer seems to be fond of.
Stefani's long blond hair was swept up in a sleek ponytail, and her brilliant red lipstick matched her long acrylic nails. She accessorized with dainty diamond studs, and of course, her stunning engagement ring.
Shelton finally proposed and sealed the deal with a 6-carat dazzler in a white gold setting
Stefani's 10 million Instagram followers expressed their approval, and the post garnered over 40,000 likes in just a few hours. Hundreds of comments from fans praised Stefani's beauty, and fashion style. One fan wrote:
“God I swear she doesn’t age. She looks like a teenage girl. She still looks like she did when she began.”
Stefani and Shelton met in 2015 when the pop singer joined the cast of "The Voice." At the time, they were both married: Stefani to Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, and Shelton to fellow country star Miranda Lambert.
While Shelton and Lambert were childless, Stefani shares three sons with Rossdale, Kingston, 14, Zuma, 12, and Apollo, who is now six years old. Shelton asked Stefani's sons for permission before proposing.
On October 27, 2020, the couple announced that they were engaged, something their fans had been hoping for several years. Shelton finally proposed and sealed the deal with a 6-carat dazzler in a white gold setting some estimate to be worth a minimum of $500,000.
As for the wedding, the date is not yet set but Stefani has revealed it will be "soon," with a double celebration -- one wedding in Los Angeles, and another at Shelton's 1300-acre ranch in Oklahoma.
