'Jurassic World' Star Chris Pratt Reveals His Family Used to Rely on Food Banks
Little beginnings can truly not be despised as "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Chris Pratt discussed helping the needy while acknowledging that he had been in the same position as a child.
Chris Pratt took to Instagram to host an Insta-live conversation with his guest, CEO Of Feeding America, Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, in their respective homes.
With a background that revealed a library of books with old pictures, the actor introduced his influential friend and dived into shedding light on Fontenot's extended family and their values.

In the course of the discussion, the "Jurassic World" actor raised awareness of food insecurity during the pandemic and talked about how to help the needy to not stay hungry.
The 41-year-old could relate as he explained that he grew up in a small town with 7000 people who had economic hard times, but a food bank nearby helped. He added:
"I'm not ashamed to say there were moments when my family would eat from a food bank, there is no shame in it especially with what we are going through right now.."
The star cried out to America, saying her citizens are threads in communities, and the stronger they get, the better they can hold the country together.
Later in the chat, Pratt affirmed that it was okay to accept help when needed, encouraging fans to support Feeding America and alerting those who need help to reach out and seek assistance.
Pratt seems to have found all that he missed out on as a child.
This seemed to weigh heavily on the actor because growing up in Lake Stevens with his mother, he did not enjoy the beauty of a home after his father passed away. He told Independent that he worked minimal hours just to eat and get basic supplies.
The controversial actor is now living his best life, enjoying a successful acting career and a beautiful family. Pratt is father to 8-year-old Jack, whom he shares with ex-wife, Anna Faris, and three-month-old Lyla Maria, who he welcomed with his new partner, Katherine Schwarzenegger, on August 10.
The couple took to Instagram and gushed that they felt blessed as they added a new member to the Pratt clan. An ET source explained that the duo could not take their eyes off the newborn.
The lovely pair is also enjoying the support of their extended family as a source told E! News that after the couple returned from the hospital, Schwarzenegger's parents and siblings awaited them to welcome the little girl to the family.
The family has continued with the tradition as they frequently show up at the couple's home to spend some time with the adorable three-month-old.
Pratt seems to have found all that he missed out on as a child, and it is a beautiful sight to behold as he settles into his fatherly duties in perfect sync with Schwarzenegger.
