Lil Scrappy Pens Touching Message as He Congratulates His Mom Dee for Owning Her First House

Lil Scrappy recently took to social media with a touching post which saw him congratulating his mother Dee for becoming the owner of a house for the first time in her life.

It has been a great couple of months for Lil Scrappy, with his wife putting to bed and most recently his mother buying her own house.

The famous rapper took to Instagram with a congratulatory tribute dedicated to his mom Dee. He shared a photo of the beautiful woman, which featured her sitting peacefully outdoors, enjoying a book.

The pretty woman had her curly dark hair loose, and it fell to her shoulders. She wore a white off-shoulder dress which she complemented with a sparkly neckpiece.

In his caption, Scrappy congratulated his mom and tagged her a hustler, thanking her for imbibing the spirit within him. He urged her to enjoy her new home while being "happy in her own peace."

The rapper ended the tribute with a joke about how he would have loved to say those things to her face but couldn't because she is "extra hard."

No doubt, Momma Dee is a "hard" woman, especially when it comes to her children. She has been described as being overprotective and overbearing, but there is no doubt about the love she has for her children.

She apologized on his behalf and vowed to keep fighting for their voice to be heard.

Scrappy once revealed that Dee is the kind of mother who would go to jail for her child. He has also opened up about the depths his mother had to plunge so that she could keep himself and his sister fed and clothed.

She would reportedly sell drugs and pimp so they could get by each day. The life she lived at the time was never far from violence which her kids witnessed; however, they all came out alive and well.

Even now, when her children are all grown up, Momma Dee still remains very active in their lives. She is known to back up and defend her son at critical times on social media.

She proved that her protection and support had a limit back in April when her son slandered the LGBTQ community, calling them out on social media.

When Momma Dee broke her silence on the subject, she expressed disappointment in Scrappy for his backward thoughts concerning the trans section of the queer movement.

She apologized on his behalf and vowed to keep fighting for their voice to be heard. That was not Scrappy's first time revealing his hatred for the queer.

In July 2015, he tagged the public's acceptance of Caitlyn Jenner as a "racist situation," because a Black man would not have attempted such a thing, let alone get away with it.

Many know he is wrong; however, a majority think he is not, and it is evident that the queer have a long way to go when it comes to conquering hearts and getting accepted into society.
