Savannah Guthrie's Son Charles Turns 4 — See 'Today' Host's Touching Tribute

Doting mother Savannah Guthrie proudly celebrated her son Charles as he turned four. The “Today” host paid a moving tribute to her baby boy, calling him her gift.

It seems like yesterday that “Today” host Savannah Guthrie welcomed her son Charles and now the little boy is four years old! In the early hours of today, the renowned journalist took to Instagram to pay tribute to her beloved son.

The doting mother shared an array of heartwarming photos that showed him at his happiest moments to commemorate the wonderful milestone.

The slideshow began with a heart-melting image of the celebrant, giving a coy smile to the camera, wearing a cute burgundy sweatshirt with striped patterns.

It was followed by an adorable throwback of Charles wearing a beanie and several playful images of him, including one of him having a swell time in a ball pit.

The slew of pictures ended with sweet pictures of Charles as a baby. In the accompanying emotional caption, Guthrie poured out her heart, writing:

“Four years of this beautiful boy. Where does the time go? It goes in my heart, it goes in my own little scrapbook of memories held dear, the sweet, sometimes quiet, sometimes raucous moments.”

She continued, noting that she counted her blessings and treasured all the moments spent with her baby boy. The 48-year-old concluded her shoutout, thanking God for the gift of Charles, which she unwraps daily.

Fans may recall that Guthrie welcomed Charles on December 9, 2016.

The comments section was son filled with congratulatory messages for the birthday boy, including one from Guthrie’s colleague, Jenna Hager Bush.

She praised Charles’ voice and energy, agreeing with his mother that he indeed a magnificent gift. Guthrie brought the same bubbly energy last year when Charles turned 3.

Guthrie and her husband Michael Feldman went all out to celebrate their son, and the journalist shared photos from the bash on her Instagram.

The party was complete with cakes, treats, toys, and lots of dancing with Charles’ friends who were there to help celebrate his big day. Fans may recall that Guthrie welcomed Charles on December 9, 2016.

The adorable boy who was named after his paternal and maternal grandfathers weighed 9 lbs. 8 oz. and measured 21.5 inches long at birth. Guthrie and Feldman are also parents to daughter Vale , 6.

The lovebirds welcomed her in August 2014 after a rough pregnancy. Both Vale and Charles constantly make appearances on their mother’s page, bringing joy to her numerous fans.
