'True Grit' Actor Jeff Bridges Debuts a Shaved Head — See His Latest Health Update
Actor Jeff Bridges recently shared a snapshot of his new look on Instagram. Bridges changed his hairdo due to health issues; nonetheless, he still looks good.
“True Grit” star Jeff Bridges debuted a shaved head and revealed his latest health update. Bridges also recently celebrated his 71st birthday, and he looks better than ever.
Taking to Instagram, Bridges updated his followers on his health and wrote, “Feeling good, shaved my head, got a puppy named Monty and had a birthday.” It seems the movie star has had a lot going on for the past couple of weeks, and his fans are here for it.

Fans took to the comments section to share their sentiments on how the singer feels a lot better. "All the love and good vibes, man," said one user; another wrote, "Wishing you love light and healing. One added, “Monty looks like a great pal.”
In the post, Bridges posed, sitting down on his reclining chair in what looked like the patio as he beamed to the camera wearing a warm black sweater. On his lap was his cute pup Monty, as he rested on a white towel, looking calmly at peace.
According to USA Today, Bridges is currently battling lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system. The “Big Lebowski” actor revealed his diagnosis back in October, and amid his struggle, he also showed support for his dear friend.
Bridges updated his website where he penned down a personal note for his dear old friend John Goodwin. Goodwin is a performer who is reportedly struggling financially due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Bridges showed immense support for many other people during his struggle and has lent a helping hand to those in need. According to Survivornet.com, in November, Bridges donated his finest guitar to help others.
The cause is for an auction to help people to benefit who need food. The donation was to raise money for the Livingston Food Resource Center, which is a non-profit organization.
As he continues to look out for others, it’s assuring that he still feels good regardless of his health condition. Bridges has been battling cancer for about two months now since he announced his diagnosis.
The “Hell or Water” revealed on Twitter the sad news about his health. Bridges tweeted that although he was diagnosed with lymphoma, he is fortunate to have a great team of doctors taking care of him.
At the time, Bridges stated that the prognosis is good. He continued to say that he started with treatment and that he will keep his fans posted on his recovery. According to People, Bridges thanked his friends and fans for their support days later.
Bridges shared that cancer has brought feelings of value, appreciation, and good old fashion love and a lot of it; he reportedly wrote on his website at the time. The singer concluded that he appreciates his impermanence now more than ever.
