Alec Baldwin Shares a Photo of His Mom & Fans Spot Uncanny Resemblance to His Daughter Carmen

To celebrate his mother Carol's birthday, Alec Baldwin shared her picture on social media. In the comments section, numerous fans insisted that she looks like his daughter Carmen.

Celebrated actor Alec Baldwin took to Instagram to wish his mother Carol a happy birthday. Fans immediately took to the comments section of the post to greet his mother on her special day.

Some fans noticed the striking resemblance between Carol and Alec's daughter Carmen. One person wrote: "Carmen's twin." Another added that Carmen looks so much like Carol.

Someone else commented, telling Alec, who first achieved fame on the CBS television drama "Knots Landing," that now she knows who his children look like.

Alec shares Carmen with his wife since 2012, Hilaria Baldwin. The couple is also doting parents to Leonardo Ángel Charles, Rafael Thomas, Romeo Alejandro David, and Eduardo Pau Lucas.

In December 2019, Hilaria posted a snap of Carmen modeling some jewelry for Super Smalls, a children's accessories brand founded by a friend of Hilaria, according to PEOPLE.

The Baldwin family has dealt with several cancer journeys.

The picture shows the little girl posing on a yellow backdrop. She wore overalls and a white T-shirt. Her long blonde hair was styled in French braids. Carmen accessorized herself with rings and bracelets.

In June, Hilaria asked for advice on social media after Carmen asked her where babies come from. In her post, she explained that her daughter is super fascinated with how babies are made.

"I used to be able to get out of getting into it too much by asking her what she thinks, then she would lose interest," she wrote. "Now she is very much asking for a straightforward answer."

Meanwhile, according to Survivornet, the Baldwin family has dealt with several cancer journeys. In fact, Alexander Baldwin, the family patriarch, succumbed to lung cancer at 55 years old.

On the thirty-sixth anniversary of his death in 2019, Alec, the eldest of the four Baldwin brothers, shared on social media that his dad "was a uniquely caring, dedicated, stern, smart and, at times, funny man."

Alec's mother, Carol, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1990. She then underwent a life-saving double-mastectomy. In 1996, Carol formed The Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund, Inc.
