Double trouble recently flowed through Bonnie Chapman's life, and she saw it as the perfect opportunity to pamper herself with a "bad boy" she's been eager to try out.

As the daughter of "Dog The Bounty Hunter," Bonnie hasn't had an easy life in general, while Beth Chapman's passing a year and a half ago had a big impact on the whole family.

HEAD ABOVE WATER

Even so, the 21-year-old is feeling much better following a harrowing week, as she shared in an update to social media. Getting her glam on, Bonnie tested the Hello Kitty palette she received in the mail - the perfect antidote.

"After my apartment had flooded, I decided to do some makeup to make me feel better. Boy, did it help!" Bonnie gushed alongside a picture of her accentuated lashes and eyes highlighted with pink, purple, and white.

When Bonnie's apartment flooded, she was at the hospital getting stitches. She had cut her thumb and had to rush back home only to find water literally flowing through it and out the front door.

Such experiences left Bonnie with mixed emotions.

LIFE WITH FAMOUS PARENTS

Bonnie assured that maintenance had been dispatched, but some issues are easier to sort out than others. In October, the 21-year-old shared how it felt growing up with famous parents and said:

"As a child I would get pushed out of the way for people to take pictures of my mom and dad, and not realize I was their kid."

Such experiences left Bonnie with mixed emotions. Feeling grateful for the life her parents provided on the one hand, and the sense that it is not the life she chose for herself on the other.

BETH'S LAST MOMENTS

Beth Chapman's passing after a battle with throat cancer in June 2019 had a big impact on all the Chapmans she left behind. Months after the loss, Bonnie shared the emotional last moments Beth was totally conscious.

Beth had been standing in the bathroom naked when she asked Duane to really look at her, to really see her, before she started gasping for air. They called 911, and Beth was taken to the hospital.

Duane Chapman was devastated after Beth died, but he unexpectedly found love with Francie Frane. Duane tried contacting Frane's husband in connection with work, only to find out that he also died from cancer.

The couple's friendship soon bloomed into more, and even though Duane's daughter Lyssa said that it was "hard" for her to see her father move on, she and Bonnie are both glad he found happiness again.
