Serena Williams is never afraid to try on new things. Be it on the way she dresses on the court or in the beauty department, the tennis champion proves that versatility runs in her veins.

She recently gave her avid fans a glimpse of her latest hairstyle on her Instagram Story. She looked stunning in her close-up picture, which she also shared on her Instagram feed.

In her selfie, Williams served a killer look with her smokey eye make-up and her incredible long eyelashes. The doting mother of one also gave a pout while staring at the camera.

The tennis icon's impressive makeup goes so well with her newly-straightened hair. Her blonde highlights perfectly matched her flawless complexion. One of her fans commented on her look:

"Omg so beautiful ?."

During the Sports Illustrated Fashionable Fifty party in Los Angeles in July 2019, the 23-time Grand Slam champion arrived in a full-blown blonde hair. Her new look had captured the guests' attention.

Just a week before she debuted her long blonde locks, Williams had earlier sported dark brown ombré curls while in a tennis tournament in Wimbledon, England.

Williams, whose original hair color is dark brown, began coloring her long hair in early 2000. When she was in her 20s, the tennis professional debuted her blonde braids at the US Open.

Because of her love for various hairstyles and colors, Williams eventually developed a love for wigs. Her husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, even helped her in wig maintenance

She previously shared on her Instagram Stories her process of washing and brushing her wigs. She shared a video clip that showed her husband's participation as he became her "headstand."

Williams announced in October that she's withdrawing from the 2020 French Open because of an Achilles heel injury.

Williams is not only good at maintaining her wig collection; the tennis star is also a dedicated mother to her three-year-old daughter Alexis Olympia, whom she and Ohanian welcomed in 2017.

She recently enjoyed sledding on fake snow in Florida with her charming daughter, despite her foot injury. Williams made sure that Olympia would have a fun time amid the tough year.

Williams announced in October that she's withdrawing from the 2020 French Open because of an Achilles heel injury. It will take four to six weeks for her injury to recover.

William's decision came before her scheduled second-round match against Tsvetana Pironkova. She earlier suffered the injury during her previous semi-finals match against Victoria Azarenka.
