Ronnie DeVoe recently posted sweet Christmas photos in pajamas with his wife and kids, posing by their Christmas tree: “It’s all about family fun this holiday season.”

The holiday season is always a chance to reunite with family and friends to recall the year that was and celebrate what is to come. However, with the ongoing pandemic, gathering with many may not be best.

Several families are set on having intimate gatherings with immediate family instead to keep the festive and solemn spirit alive, including Ronnie DeVoe, who posted a sweet photo with his family.

CHRISTMAS PHOTOS

In one post, the DeVoe family, including the singer’s wife, Shamari, and twins, Ronald III and Roman, looked happy in matching pajamas as the proud parents carried their kids. Ronnie wrote:

“It’s all about family fun this holiday season, and in the words of Mr Block Head himself; ‘It’s not what’s under the Christmas tree that matters, it’s who’s around it.”

The New Edition member’s second post featured the family-of-four looking cute sitting on the floor beside their Christmas tree while fake snow fell from above them.

WELCOMING TWINS

The couple welcomed their twins in July 2017, after suffering pregnancy complications and months of bed rest. According to the “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, she had to beg doctors to recheck her cervix after being told it was clear.

On the other hand, Ronnie wrote about the different stages of their relationship that allowed them to grow together.

They found out that the cervix was beginning to open, adding to the problem that her eldest son was not growing at an average rate. Fortunately, things turned out well, and she now has two healthy boys.

HAVING AN OPEN MARRIAGE

Shamari had her husband supporting her throughout the pregnancy and holding her hand through it all. However, there was a time when the pair were not solely focused on each other’s wellbeing.

The Blaque singer previously revealed that she entered an open marriage with her husband to satisfy her bi-curiosity. She shared:

“We were on the brink of divorce. We were going through some really bad times and there was a girl that I was interested in, and I wanted to do something different.”

CELEBRATING 14 YEARS

Earlier this year, Ronnie and Shamari celebrated a milestone in their marriage as they celebrated 14 years as husband and wife. The couple exchanged sweet tributes on Instagram, showing their gratefulness for continuously working on their marriage.

Shamari shared a symbolic photo with her husband, posing back to back, and writing that they have always had each other’s back in their many years together.

On the other hand, Ronnie wrote about the different stages of their relationship that allowed them to grow together and realize that they are perfect for each other. With their unconditional love, these two will certainly grow old together.
