Britney Spears' Boyfriend Sam Asghari Tests Positive for COVID-19 — How's He Doing?

Briteny Spears' boyfriend, Sam Ashgari reveals he tested positive for Covid-19. He details how he felt after contracting the virus, and talks about the role his healthy lifestyle played in his recovery.

Personal trainer and boyfriend of Britney Spears, Sam Ashgari shares his experience of testing positive for the Coronavirus. In a lengthy post on Instagram. The 26-year-old updated his followers on how he's doing.

Ashgari has gotten candid about his Covid-19 diagnosis, writing how he was fortunate enough to find out about his positive status early enough for him not to pose a threat to his family, friends, and his girlfriend, Spears.

He immediately placed himself under quarantine and only endured 1 day of experiencing common cold symptoms. Within 24 hours, he was feeling his normal self again and credits his healthy lifestyle to this, in his caption:

"This is where my healthy lifestyle helped a lot. I continued my workouts and clean nutrition at home as usual."

Ten days later, Ashgari tested negative, which meant he was no longer contagious. He has vowed to keep using his platform to inspire his followers to adopt and live a healthy lifestyle.

Getting the all-clear meant Ashgari could return to Spears. The "Toxic" singer was happy to be reunited with her man, as revealed in a video she shared on Wednesday of the two of them playing around on a black scooter.

The lovebirds have been together for 4 years, after meeting on the set of Spears' "Slumber Party" music video in October 2016.

She explained that it was the same scooter she used to get around after she had been hospitalized in February following a dance accident where she broke her foot.

Last month, the couple jetted off to one of Spears' favorite vacation spots - Maui, Hawaii. Treating it as an early birthday celebration, the Grammy winner shared a snap looking relaxed, in a private jet, and captioned it:

"I’m doing that whole work on yourself thing at the moment."

The trip was a much-needed distraction for Spears, who had her request to remove her father, Jamie Spears, as conservatorship of her financial and medical matters denied. The judge ruled in favor of Jamie on November 10.

The two seem to be going strong as a couple, and often vacation together in Hawai. Ashgari also shared a sweet message following Spears' broken foot, writing that she would emerge stronger from the ordeal.

As a fitness model, Ashgari spends a lot of time cleansing, and he admits his recent Covid-19 diagnosis made him think about the importance of health outside of the pandemic.
