Bartlett said her husband makes her laugh and described his sense of humor and ability to find something funny daily as something good for her as she is very intense.
Bartlett also commended Daniels' parenting skills, referring to him as "a good father." The couple shares two sons, Michael and Robert, who they adopted earlier in their marriage after losing their first child.
During the interview, Daniels described his relationship with Bartlett as one based on mutual respect. He said he believes she is smarter than him and a better actor than he is. Hence, he always tried to hang on and get along with her.
The couple's marriage has not been without its ups and downs. In a previously reported interview, they reaffirmed their commitment to their relationship despite several challenges.

One such problem was Daniels' alcoholism, which put a stern on their relationship. He was drinking after shows. There were even days his wife feared he would not return home.
At some point, Bartlett contemplated leaving her husband. She was confused about their situation and did not want to be part of his shenanigans. However, she also did not want to take their sons from him.
Bartlett lost a niece during their rocky relationship, which was a difficult loss for her because she adored her and even likened her to a daughter. The loss of her niece affected her deeply. However, it also led to the reconciliation between her and Daniels.
Bartlett and Daniels are veteran actors whose careers have spanned decades. Daniels starred as the insightful instructor on the hit teen series, "Boy Meets World" for seven seasons from 1993-2000.
He later reprised the role in June 2014 for the Disney Channel series spinoff "Girl Meets World" — which followed Cory Matthews (Ben Savage) and Topanga Lawrence's (Danielle Fishel) daughter's adventures. The show ended in January 2017.
Last May, the veteran actor honored teachers on National Teachers Day, describing them as the unsung heroes as they adjusted to teach online amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Daniels and Bartlett will celebrate their 70th marriage anniversary on June 20, 2021.
