BASKING UNDER THE SUN
The “Black-ish” star recently shared a glimpse of her day, basking under the sun and taking a dip in the pool that overlooked the ocean.
While wearing a leopard-print bikini and oversized shades, the star flaunted her slim figure and toned core that was emphasized even more by the shadows from the sun.
In the first photo, Ross looked sideways in what appeared to be a candid take. The next snap was a blurred photo of her candidly looking to the side and clearly showing her flat stomach.

STAYING IN SHAPE
Diana Ross’ daughter has graced her over ten million followers with raw and unfiltered photos many times in the past, showing her natural beauty. To stay in shape, she works out three to four times a week and consumes healthy food.
After recording “Love Myself” for her recent film, Ross went straight to her mom to hear the “I’m Coming Out” artist’s opinion and advice about her voice.
Some of her exercises include running on a treadmill and using other cardio machines. She also makes it a point to consume enough water, drinking four liters a day.

ACTING CAREER
Apart from keeping her body in shape and health in good condition, Ross is an actress who stars in the family comedy, “Black-ish” and recently, the film “The High Note,” where she plays Grace Davis.
Ross had to sing as part of her character’s role -- a fear she had since performing years ago. The actress shared about fighting for the part:
“I met with every single person I could and just charmed the pants off them [...] Grace Davis could not be Grace Davis if she wasn’t played by me.”
ATTEMPTING TO SING
Ross’ fear of singing in public stemmed from being in the shadow of her mom -- a legendary and highly praised singer for many decades.

Although “The High Note” was not about her mother, Ross felt it was an avenue to face a fear she hid from for many years -- being compared to her mom.
