E! News: Jennifer Lopez Has Chosen Not to Pay Any Attention to Alex Rodriguez's Cheating Rumors

Jennifer Lopez has chosen to turn a deaf ear and not pay attention to what the rumor mill says about her fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

Following the rumors that Alex Rodriguez has been cheating on his fiancé Jennifer Lopez, a source told E! News that the actress ignored the stories and focused on her career.

The 51-year-old singer's relationship has been in the spotlight after Rodriguez was accused of having an affair with the "Southern Charm" star Madison LeCroy, but Lopez has bigger fish to fry, so the rumor mill isn't getting a reaction out of her.

BIG PICTURE THINKING

With a major project in the Dominican Republic coming up for the triple threat, Lopez is zoned in on her work and not concerned with the rumors concerning her soon-to-be-husband.

Lopez will be starring in the new romantic comedy "Shotgun Wedding" which will take her overseas. Pre-occupied with her work, the 51-year-old mom is unconcerned with the stories about her relationship. An insider revealed the following:

"Everything is fine with Alex. She doesn't let the cheating rumors get to her and chooses not to pay attention."

CHEATING RUMORS

Stories of Rodriguez's rumored infidelity started spreading after LeCroy was confronted about cheating on her then-boyfriend Austen Kroll with a former baseball player during a "Southern Charm" reunion show.

LeCroy has spoken up since the show was aired, saying that she and Rodriguez only spoke on the phone and that it was blown out of proportion, but sources close to the baseball player say that he doesn't know LeCroy and they have never met.

COUPLES THERAPY

With the bumpy ride that the engaged couple has been on lately, Lopez revealed that they have been doing couples therapy but have been getting outside help since quarantine.

The singer has been at home with the former Yankees slugger and her children for the isolation period. The couple decided to make good use of their time at home and work on their relationship. Lopez elaborated saying:

"It has been actually really good. We got to work on ourselves. We did therapy. I think it was really helpful for us in our relationship."

CREATIVE QUARANTINE

Despite having to suspend her wedding plans due to the pandemic restrictions, Lopez made the best quarantine with her family. The mom of two got creative by painting and even played baseball with her pro fiancé and kids.

Lopez hasn't sat still in a while, and after the isolation period that she spent at home, she is ready to get back to full speed. Her film in the Dominican Republic is her first big gig since the world shut down.

Ignoring the stories surrounding her relationship and focusing on her career has allowed Lopez to maintain perspective about what is really important. Whilst she is overseas, Rodriguez will be attending to his own work commitments at home.
