The father-son duo donned matching all-black outfits standing next to each other as they effortlessly went through their routine. At only 11, David Jr. already seems to have taken after his father's love for fitness.

Otunga's post also included a video showing four heart-shaped pizzas. The clip showed an excited David Jr. gushing about the special pizzas while thanking his dad.
