Alex Rodriguez took to social media to share a special birthday message as JLo's twins become teenagers.

Jennifer Lopez's fiancé Alex Rodriguez took to Instagram to share a heartfelt birthday message for her twins as they turn 13. Rodriguez shared a string of photos and videos of Max and Emme in celebration of their milestone.

Lopez shares her son and daughter with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, but Rodriguez clearly fosters a close relationship with his soon-to-be step-children.
