Meghan McCain Places Cute Photos of 4-Month-Old Daughter Liberty on Her Father John's Grave

Meghan McCain placed cute snaps of her 4-month-old daughter, Liberty, on her father, John's gravestone.

"The View" co-host Meghan McCain put photos of her 4-month-old daughter, Liberty, on her father, Sen. John McCain's grave, and posted a photo on Instagram.

Her father, who unsuccessfully ran for President in 2008, passed away in 2018 at 81. He was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma, a rare and aggressive brain cancer, in 2017.

McCain, who welcomed her daughter with her husband, Ben Domenech, shared that she had taken a few photos of her daughter, Liberty Sage, to her father's gravesite.

She shared the solemn photo on Instagram on February 25. The comment section was filled with fans showing their support with red heart emojis. She captioned the post:

"Miss you Dad. ?"

McCain is keeping her father's memory alive for her daughter. Earlier this month, she said a photo of herself holding her daughter up to a painting of her late father.

In the caption, she wrote the Liberty was always staring at the painting of her late dad. The colorful piece featured a portrait of John against an American flag and was painted by Steve Penley.

On Instagram, she shared that motherhood is euphoria.

Although the mom of one has been sharing the most adorable photos of her little lady Liberty, she announced on Instagram that she would not be sharing photos of her pregnancy journey when she was pregnant.

In May, she announced on Instagram that she would not share aspects of her pregnancy after receiving negative comments about her late father. She wrote in the caption:

"Ben and I have made the conscious decision to guard our (growing) families privacy as much as is possible."

She wrote that she believed that children were entitled to their privacy. She hoped that fans would understand while she and her husband navigated having a child and social media.

McCain had definitely found a way to post photos of Liberty on social media that made her feel comfortable as the mom has shared a few glimpses of her baby with fans.

She has also been open with fans while on "The View" and on Instagram about her journey into motherhood and post-pregnancy. On Instagram, she shared that motherhood is euphoria.

McCain and her husband got married in 2017. She had her dad, John, by her side on the day of the wedding. The couple welcomed their first child in September 2020.
